These are the questions we get asked most often regarding the meals at yoga teacher training.
Our trainings are mostly plant-based but we do offer eggs, dairy and fish, all locally sourced for those who incorporate animal products into their diets.
We can (and do) accommodate ANY and all dietary needs. Believe us, we’ve seen it all and NO ONE goes hungry at yoga teacher training.
